You’ll play a key role in expanding our reach to potential clients and partners, using digital channels to open doors and build relationships that support business growth. You’ll be the person turning ideas into scroll‑stopping captions, campaigns, and copy that actually converts, as well as content that ranks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced startup environment, wears multiple hats comfortably, and gets excited about building a brand from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:
  • Write compelling, on‑brand copy for social captions, ad creative, email campaigns, landing pages, blog posts, and other marketing content.
  • Plan, create, and manage content calendars across Instagram, Tik Tok, and Linked In.
  • Grow and engage our social media community, staying on top of trends, formats, and platform best practices.
  • Identify and engage potential clients and partners through social media, email outreach, and networking within relevant online communities.
  • Support business development efforts by helping build relationships that lead to partnerships, collaborations, or new client opportunities.
  • Write and manage email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, lifecycle/drip sequences).
  • Conduct keyword research and apply on‑page SEO best practices to website copy, blog content, and landing pages.
  • Monitor SEO performance (rankings, organic traffic, backlinks) and recommend content/technical improvements.
  • Collaborate with a designer or create content yourself to produce engaging posts and short‑form video.
  • Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions, organic traffic) and adjust strategy based on data.
  • Stay current on social media algorithm changes, search engine updates, trends, and competitor activity.
  • Work cross‑functionally with founders/leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or copywriting.
  • Proven experience managing brand accounts on Instagram, Tik Tok, and Linked In.
  • Strong copywriting skills:
    Able to adapt tone and voice across platforms and formats.
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and familiarity with SEO tools.
  • Experience with email marketing tools.
  • Comfortable with outreach and relationship‑building through digital channels.
  • Previous experience working at a startup or in a fast‑paced, resource‑lean environment
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and shifting priorities.
  • Data‑driven mindset with familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Tik Tok Analytics, Linked In Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Creative eye and understanding of what makes content perform on each platform.
