About the RoleAre you passionate about creating content that delivers results? We're looking for a commercially minded content expert to drive engaging campaigns and support business growth through powerful storytelling. In this pivotal role, you'll lead the strategy, planning, governance, and delivery of commercial content that drives revenue, customer engagement, and conversion across digital and sales channels. You will be responsible to translate customer insights, market trends and commercial priorities into compelling content requirements and messaging strategies.
Moreover, you will oversee content governance, ensuring all assets meet brand standards, quality requirements and approval processes. Central to your success, you'll manage external vendors and creative partners, ensuring delivery against agreed KPIs, SLAs and quality expectations. In addition, coordinate the development and execution of integrated sales and marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Naturally, you'll identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement, support conversion and maximize commercial value across markets.
You
Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 7 years in content management, digital marketing, or commercial marketing, with a strong understanding of content strategy, campaign delivery, and stakeholder management.
You are expected to have proven experience supporting commercial campaigns, promotional offers, route launches, partnership marketing initiatives and sales-focused content. Importantly, strong understanding of content strategy, content marketing, content distribution and channel planning.
