Customer Engagement Administrator

The Customer Engagement Administrator is responsible for managing the company’s digital presence and ensuring all corporate marketing and communication materials accurately represent the company’s brand, products, and capabilities. The role focuses on enhancing customer engagement through Linked In, the company website, corporate profiles, catalogs, presentations, and other marketing content while maintaining a consistent and professional corporate identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the company’s Linked In page, website content, and other digital communication channels.
• Develop and publish marketing content, including company news, product launches, campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Design and update company profiles, brochures, catalogs, presentations, and other branded marketing materials.
• Support customer engagement initiatives, exhibitions, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain marketing assets and prepare monthly reports on digital performance and marketing activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Experience in digital marketing, Linked In management, website content management, and graphic design tools.
• Creativity, attention to detail, teamwork, and strong organizational skills.
• Timely delivery of digital content and marketing materials with continuous growth in digital engagement and accurate website updates.
