Brand Manager

Laverne Group is seeking a highly motivated Brand Manager to join our Marketing team. This role is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that strengthen market positioning, enhance customer engagement, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
• Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Digital Marketing, Product Development, Sales, and Retail, to deliver integrated brand initiatives.
• Track brand performance and analyze campaign results to support data-driven decision-making.
• Manage brand budgets and ensure effective allocation of marketing resources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Brand Management or Marketing.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with in the beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, or FMCG industry is considered an advantage.
