Our client, a large conglomerate, is looking for a Senior Marketing Director, based in Riyadh, to lead the marketing function and drive strategic growth across the business.

This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, strengthening brand positioning, and driving commercial impact across the organisation.

You will work closely with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, enhance market presence, and deliver impactful marketing initiatives.

You will also play a key role in building marketing capabilities, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring alignment between marketing strategy and overall business objectives.

• 12+ years of marketing experience
• Proven experience leading marketing functions within large organisations or complex business environments
• Strong experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth
• Experience managing brand positioning, campaigns, and integrated marketing initiatives
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate market insights into business opportunities
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
