Responsibilities- Develop creative concepts for integrated campaigns
- Lead and mentor creative teams across disciplines
- Present creative work to clients and stakeholders
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with strategy, production, and account teams
- Oversee quality control from concept to final execution
- Drive innovation in creative approaches and formats
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- 10+ years in creative roles with 5+ years as Creative Director
- Portfolio demonstrating integrated campaign excellence
- Experience leading teams of 10+ creatives
- Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling ability
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and design principles
- Proven ability to present and sell creative ideas
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Advertising, or related field
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Award-winning work (Cannes, D&AD, One Show, etc.)
- Experience in Saudi market and cultural nuances
- Motion design or video production skills
- Understanding of digital and social platforms
