Supervising the implementation of public relations plans and programs to enhance the organization's positive image, building strong and sustainable relationships with the media and internal/external audiences, and effectively managing media crises and corporate events.
Key Responsibilities and Duties Planning and ExecutionParticipate in developing the PR and communication strategy aligned with the organization's goals.
Supervise the execution of organizational activities, events, conferences, and exhibitions to ensure a professional presentation.
Media Relations and PublishingBuild and maintain a strong network of positive relationships with journalists, media professionals, and influencers across various media channels.
Oversee the drafting and distribution of press releases, articles, and media messages accurately and effectively.
Monitor media coverage in traditional and digital platforms, preparing periodic analytical reports.
Brand Image and Reputation ManagementEnhance the organization's reputation and image among stakeholders and target audiences.
Provide media and communication counseling to various internal departments to ensure consistent messaging.
Crisis Management and Internal CommunicationsAssist in formulating rapid response plans and managing media crises to protect the organization's reputation.
Support internal communication channels to ensure transparent and efficient information flow between management and employees.
Administrative SupervisionGuide and monitor the performance of PR specialists and staff, identifying training needs to develop their skills.
Evaluate team performance and provide continuous guidance and support to achieve targets.
Job Requirements and QualificationsEducation:
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Media, Marketing, Corporate Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in public relations or media, with prior supervisory experience.
Excellent writing skills for journalistic content and professional reports (fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred).
Proficiency in social media platforms, media monitoring, and analysis tools.
Deep understanding of media crisis management and protocol for events and ceremonies.
Soft SkillsExceptional communication, persuasion, and public networking skills.
