who is going to build, manage, and strengthen TAM company’s brand image and awareness with all stakeholders, including clients, employees, vendors.

• Support in developing brand and marketing strategies (both digitally and non‑digitally) that help shape the brand positioning and narrative of our company.
• Ensure that all marketing strategies align with company's overall business strategy.
• Execute the day‑to‑day delivery of website, social media and direct marketing activities, quarterly internal and external newsletters, on‑ground activations.
• Help create and present ‘intelligence’ reports based on extensive research, observations and analysis in audiences and the latest marketing trends.
• Evaluate the performance of our marketing campaigns and utilize digital analytics data, third‑party subscription tools, and search engine optimization tools to improve performance. Analyze data on an ongoing basis and adjust brand as needed.
• Develop marketing activities budgets, monitor expenditures and prepare and manage timelines.
• Bring forward opportunistic creative ideas proactively to make our brand always stand out and succeed. Go above and beyond simply making recommendations.
• Work with, manage and supervise different external vendors.
• Ensure creative marketing materials (content and designs) undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines and standards.
• Communicate brand and marketing strategies and plans, campaign results and recommendations to senior management team.

  -10 years of experience in brand management both internally and externally
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, MBA preferred
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally
• Experience managing a brand across multiple markets
• Creative thinker and problem solver
• Strong communication skills
