Marketing Specialist – Fresh Graduate

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and organized fresh graduate to join our team as a Marketing Specialist. The role will focus on content creation, marketing campaigns, influencer coordination, and daily marketing activities
, with support for basic administrative tasks when needed.

No previous work experience is required.

• Create content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Assist in planning and executing promotions and marketing campaigns.
• Prepare and organize social media content calendars.
• Contact influencers and content creators and coordinate collaborations.
• Arrange influencer visits, content requirements, and posting schedules.
• Follow up on campaigns and influencer deliverables.
• Support daily social media and marketing activities.
• Monitor trends and suggest creative content and campaign ideas.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, suppliers, and other partners when needed.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks, documentation, scheduling, and follow-ups.

• Fresh graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media, or a related field

• No experience required.
• Creative and interested in social media and content creation.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Familiar with platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat, and X.
• Basic knowledge of Canva and Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Arabic and English communication skills.
• Willing to learn, take initiative, and handle multiple tasks.
