The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. This position is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to showcase Tiara Catering’s services and brand. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media calendars, writing posts and captions, optimizing content for engagement, and monitoring performance metrics. The Social Media Manager will respond to comments and messages, collaborate with the culinary and events teams to capture visual content, and support promotional campaigns for key events and offerings.

The role also involves staying current with social media trends and recommending new ideas to strengthen online presence.

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing brand accounts.
• Excellent Communication and Writing skills for clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate content.
• Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy aligned with business goals and brand identity.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms, analytics tools, and basic graphic or video editing software.
• Prior experience in hospitality, food services, or event-based marketing is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
