Marketing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Supervisor to join our growing team in the real estate development sector
. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with strong experience in paid campaigns, digital marketing, and real estate branding

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media platforms, etc.)
• Oversee digital marketing channels including social media, and email marketing
• Collaborate with sales and development teams to support project launches and campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and generate detailed reports with actionable insights
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution
• Supervise external agencies, designers, and content creators

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on real estate development
• Proven expertise in paid media campaigns and performance marketing
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of the Saudi real estate market is highly preferred

• Professional certifications in Digital Marketing or Paid Media
• Experience in launching and marketing real estate projects
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition and lead generation strategies
