We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to support our brand growth through creative content, marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute digital media strategies and campaigns.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across digital platforms.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence.
- Monitor trends, analytics, and performance to optimize content.
- Collaborate with internal departments on campaigns and launches.
- Support marketing initiatives, events, and corporate communications.
- Capture professional photos and videos of site projects and field activities
. - Support internal events and employee engagement activities.
- Provide on-site and field support when required.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital media or digital marketing.
- Digital marketing/social media certifications are an advantage.
- Experience in real estate, corporate, or agency environments is a plus.
