Art director

We are looking for a talented and strategic Art Director to lead the creative and visual direction of our brands and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a consistent visual identity, developing innovative creative concepts, and leading the design and visual production team to deliver high-quality, impactful work that supports business and marketing objectives.

• Define and develop the overall creative and visual direction for brands and marketing campaigns.
• Lead, mentor, and guide the design and visual production team to ensure consistently high-quality creative output.
• Review, refine, and approve designs and visual content before publication.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and Brand Managers to align creative execution with brand and marketing strategies.
• Oversee visual assets across digital campaigns, social media, photography, video, print, and other brand touchpoints.
• Stay informed on global design and creative-content trends, adapting relevant ideas to suit the market and each brand’s identity.
• Strengthen team capabilities, workflows, and quality standards to improve efficiency and creative consistency.

• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, with the ability to provide clear creative direction and feedback.
• Strong creative-review, quality-control, and project-management skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with marketing teams, brand managers, and stakeholders.

• Experience in marketing teams, creative agencies, or multi-brand environments.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating work in brand identity, integrated marketing campaigns, and visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of photography, video production, art direction, and digital content creation.
