What You'll Own- Full lifecycle strategy - acquisition through to reactivation
- Segmentation and personalization frameworks
- Offer strategy — balancing frequency, value, and margin
- Automated customer journeys across all CRM channels
- CRM agency briefing, management, and accountability
- Test and learn agenda with commercial hypotheses
- CRM data translated into marketing and commercial decisions
- Cross-functional alignment with marketing, supply chain, and operations
- Background in CRM and lifecycle marketing at a high-frequency consumer brand
- Hands-on loyalty program experience
- Strong segmentation and personalization capability
- Experience managing agency partners
- Confident communicator with senior stakeholders
