Market Research Specialist

We are looking for a Market Research Specialist to join our Marketing team in Riyadh and play a key role in transforming market data and consumer insights into actionable business recommendations.

• Conduct primary and secondary market research.
• Analyze consumer behavior, market dynamics, customer segments and growth opportunities.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking, including pricing, customer experience and marketing activities.
• Monitor retail, industry and consumer trends across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
• Design and manage surveys, interviews and focus groups.
• Develop market intelligence reports, executive presentations and strategic recommendations.
• Support business cases for new projects, developments and investments.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, research agencies and external partners.
• Evaluate customer satisfaction and brand perception studies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Market Research, Social Sciences
  , or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Market Research, Consumer Insights, Strategic Planning or Business Intelligence.
• Strong experience in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills.
• Advanced Excel and Power Point skills.
• Strong Arabic and English communication skills.
• Experience with Power BI is preferred.
• Experience in Retail, Shopping Malls, Hospitality, Entertainment or FMCG is an advantage.
• Experience working with market research agencies is preferred.
