Senior Research Executive; Consumer Insights

• Lead and manage consumer insights projects from design through to delivery.
• Collaborate with research agencies to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality research outputs.
• Develop, implement, and communicate actionable insights that inform business strategy, marketing, and sales decisions.
• Evaluate research proposals, questionnaires, and methodologies to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee qualitative and quantitative research projects, ensuring delivery within budget and timelines.
• Manage research budgets, reports, and shared research databases.
• Analyze, synthesize, and present research findings to optimize marketing strategies and business decisions.
• Provide regular updates to management on key KPIs, metrics, and strategic insights.
• Analyze and report on retail audit data, brand tracking studies, and competitor activities.
• Develop innovative ways to present and disseminate consumer insights across the organization.

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or a related field (agency or client-side).
• Strong project and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proven analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing research budgets.
• Strong understanding of retail audit data and consumer research methodologies (e.g., segmentation, demand spaces, U&As, CPTs, concept testing, and BHTs).
• Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of marketing and sales.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word); advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are preferred.
