Job Description

The Masar Development Program is a structured leadership development program designed for high-potential Saudi fresh graduates who aspire to build a career in pharmaceutical marketing. The program provides a unique opportunity to develop strategic marketing, business, digital, and leadership capabilities through a combination of formal learning, mentorship, cross-functional rotations, and hands-on project experience. Participants will follow a structured development journey designed to accelerate their growth from campus graduates to future marketing leaders.

What

You Will Do

Participate in a structured marketing development curriculum covering brand strategy, customer insights, digital marketing, and business planning
Support marketing teams in the development and execution of brand initiatives and campaigns
Analyze market, customer, and competitive insights to support business decision-making
Collaborate with different cross-functional teams
Contribute to projects and present recommendations to business stakeholders
Develop digital and data analytics capabilities through practical applications and coaching
Engage in mentoring, coaching, and leadership development activities throughout the program

Who We Are Looking For

Saudi National
Recent graduate Pharmacy – no more than 12 months graduate
Has not been enrolled in HRDF Programs previously
Passion for marketing, innovation, and healthcare
Strong analytical and communication skills
Demonstrated leadership potential, curiosity, and learning agility
Proficiency in English and Arabic
