The Masar Development Program is a structured leadership development program designed for high-potential Saudi fresh graduates who aspire to build a career in pharmaceutical marketing The program provides a unique opportunity to develop strategic marketing business digital and leadership capabilities through a combination of formal learning mentorship cross-functional rotations and hands-on project experience Participants will follow a structured development journey designed to accelerate their growth from campus graduates to future marketing leaders

• Participate in a structured marketing development curriculum covering brand strategy customer insights digital marketing and business planning
• Support marketing teams in the development and execution of brand initiatives and campaigns
• Analyze market customer and competitive insights to support business decision-making
• Collaborate with different cross-functional teams
• Contribute to projects and present recommendations to business stakeholders
• Develop digital and data analytics capabilities through practical applications and coaching
• Engage in mentoring coaching and leadership development activities throughout the program

• Saudi National
• Recent graduate Pharmacy
• no more than 12 months graduate
• Has not been enrolled in HRDF Programs previously
• Passion for marketing innovation and healthcare
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership potential curiosity and learning agility
• Proficiency in English and Arabic
