About noon
We’re building an ecosystem of digital products and services that power everyday life across the Middle East—fast, scalable, and deeply customer-centric. Our mission is to deliver to every door every day. We want to redefine what technology can do in this region, and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager, Card Acquisition & Engagement who can help us move even faster.
noon’s mission:
Every door, every day.
What you’ll do:
Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.
We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Marketing Manager to spearhead the expansion, acquisition, and lifecycle engagement of noon’s co-branded credit card programs. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of ecommerce, fintech, and digital marketing, driving cardholder acquisition across digital channels, optimizing the checkout funnel, and designing high-impact loyalty rewards campaigns. You will work closely with our banking partners, product teams, and growth/marketing squads to scale the program into a primary revenue and customer retention driver.
Key Responsibilities
A. Card Acquisition
- Design and execute end-to-end digital acquisition campaigns across paid social, search, display, and owned ecommerce touchpoints (homepage banners, cart checkouts, and transactional emails).
- Optimize the native credit card application funnel to reduce friction, minimize drop-off rates, and maximize instant approval conversions.
- Collaborate with the product and UX teams to test and personalize credit card offers based on customer segmentation and shopping behavior
B. Partnership & Campaign Management
- Act as the primary marketing liaison between noon platforms and our issuing bank partner to align on promotional calendars and co-marketing initiatives.
- Manage the annual co-branded marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of spend across acquisition channels with a sharp focus on CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and LTV (Lifetime Value).
- Oversee creative production for card campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines while clearly communicating financial value propositions (e.g., cash back, exclusive discounts, accelerated rewards).
C. Lifecycle Marketing & Retention
- Develop multi-channel lifecycle marketing strategies (email, push, SMS) to drive card activation, habitual card usage, and retention.
- Create targeted campaigns for top-of-wallet status, encouraging cardholders to use the co-branded card as their primary payment method for everyday purchases both on and off our platform.
- Analyze reward redemption trends and partner with merchandising teams to offer exclusive card member-only perks, early access to sales, and curated product drops.
D. Analytics, Testing & Reporting
- Establish robust tracking and attribution frameworks to measure the performance of all co-brand marketing initiatives.
- Design and execute a continuous A/B testing roadmap for messaging, creative, and placement optimization.
- Deliver regular performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and external banking partners.
What you’ll need:
- 4 to 6 years of experience in growth marketing, digital acquisition, or product marketing, with at least 2 years specifically focused on fintech, credit cards, loyalty programs, or major ecommerce subscription/financial products.
- Analytical Prowess:
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, SQL, Tableau) with a deep understanding of unit economics, CAC, LTV, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). - Cross-Functional Leadership:
Proven track record of managing external partners (such as issuing banks or agencies) and collaborating with internal product, design, and data science teams. - Regulatory Awareness:
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards specific to financial services and credit card marketing is a good to have - Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field
Who will excel?
- We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.
- You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.
- We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.
- noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.
