We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Executive / Digital Marketing specialist to build and manage the online presence of a premium residential compound in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media channels, creating engaging content, driving online lead generation, and enhancing brand reputation across all digital platforms.

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategy across all relevant platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, Eurostaffs, Tik Tok, Snapchat)
• Create, schedule and publish high-quality content daily aligned with brand guidelines and community calendar
• Manage community engagement including responding to comments, messages and mentions
• Monitor social media trends and incorporate relevant content themes and formats
• Develop platform-specific content strategies optimized for each channel's audience and algorithm
• Coordinate influencer partnerships and brand ambassador programs
• Manage social media advertising campaigns with monthly budget allocation and ROI tracking
• Grow follower base organically and through paid campaigns with monthly growth targets
• Conduct social listening and sentiment analysis to track brand perception
• Create and maintain social media content calendar aligned with leasing objectives and community events

• Produce high-quality visual and written content including photos, videos, reels, stories and graphics
• Coordinate professional photography and videography shoots showcasing property features and lifestyle
• Write compelling captions, blog posts and marketing copy in Arabic and English
• Develop video content including property tours, resident testimonials, amenity showcases and event coverage
• Create branded templates, graphics and visual assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent
• Develop resident success stories and lifestyle content highlighting compound living experience
• Produce seasonal campaigns aligned with cultural events, holidays and Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives
• Maintain brand voice consistency across all content and communications
• Curate user-generated content and resident testimonials with proper permissions
• Develop content pillars covering amenities, community, lifestyle, location and leasing offers

• Manage online property listings on major portals
• Optimize listing content, imagery and descriptions for maximum visibility and lead generation
• Monitor and respond to portal inquiries
• Execute Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns targeting qualified prospects
• Develop landing pages and lead capture forms optimized for conversion
• Implement SEO best practices across all digital properties and content
• Manage email marketing campaigns including newsletters, promotional offers and resident communications
