The Snapchat Marketing & Content Specialist will be responsible for planning, producing, publishing, and optimizing Snapchat content for Bonn and its brands.

The role requires someone who understands Snapchat as a platform and knows how to create content that feels native, engaging, spontaneous, and commercially effective.

The selected candidate will work closely with the Marketing team to translate brand objectives, products, campaigns, launches, and events into relevant Snapchat content that attracts attention, builds engagement, and supports brand growth.

• Develop and execute weekly and monthly Snapchat content plans.
• Generate creative content ideas aligned with brand objectives and audience interests.
• Translate products, promotions, launches, events, and brand messages into Snapchat-native content.
• Identify relevant trends, formats, and content opportunities.
• Maintain a consistent content direction and brand tone.

• Film promotional and lifestyle content in public locations, events, retail points, and other relevant environments.
• Create engaging short-form videos suitable for Snapchat.
• Use Snapchat filming and editing tools effectively, including filters, lenses, stickers, text, and other native features.
• Develop simple scripts, hooks, concepts, and storytelling sequences.
• Participate in product shoots and marketing activations when required.
• Produce content that feels authentic and natural rather than overly commercial or scripted.

• Publish content according to the agreed content calendar.
• Maintain active and consistent presence on Snapchat.
• Monitor audience reactions and engagement.
• Support community interaction and respond appropriately when required.
• Identify audience interests, recurring questions, and engagement opportunities.

• Monitor Snapchat performance metrics and content engagement.
• Identify high-performing content formats and topics.
• Analyze audience behavior and engagement patterns.
• Prepare regular performance updates and recommendations.
• Improve content direction based on actual performance data.

• Coordinate with the Marketing team to ensure Snapchat content is aligned with broader campaigns and brand identity.
• Support product launches, promotions, events, influencer activities, and field activations.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, video editors, and content creators when required.
• Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

• Previous hands-on experience managing Snapchat accounts or producing Snapchat content professionally.
• Strong understanding of Snapchat culture, formats, trends, and audience behavior.
• Proven ability to film and create engaging short-form promotional content.
• Comfortable filming in public locations and interacting naturally on camera when required.
• Strong creative thinking and content ideation skills.
• Good understanding of social media marketing and content planning.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently and execute content quickly.
• Strong commitment to deadlines and content quality.
• Currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned city or nearby areas for content creation when required.

• Previous experience in Cosmetics, Skincare, Beauty, Personal Care, Lifestyle, Retail, or FMCG.
• Experience creating product-focused or lifestyle content.
• Experience growing or managing a Snapchat account.
• Basic understanding of mobile video editing.
