We are seeking an ambitious, versatile Commercial Manager to lead Kliq's full commercial lifecycle. In this role, you will be directly responsible for revenue growth by driving brand acquisition
, expanding our creator network
, and overseeing campaign operations and client success in the Saudi market.

• Develop and execute outbound and inbound sales strategies to acquire key brand and agency clients across KSA.
• Drive end-to-end sales processes: prospecting, pitching, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
• Oversee pricing strategies, revenue forecasting, and commercial deal structures.
• Organize platform demos, industry activations, and brand workshops to convert key accounts.

• Oversee creator onboarding, ensuring Kliq builds a diverse, high-performing roster of Saudi and regional talent.
• Link creator community growth directly to brand campaign demands and sales success.
• Manage creator engagement, retention metrics, and community initiatives.

• Lead client success and account management to ensure seamless campaign execution, minimal churn, and high repeat retention (CLTV).
• Oversee end-to-end campaign operations, bridging brand objectives with creator deliverables.
• Analyze campaign performance data to deliver actionable insights and ROI reports to brand clients.

• Roll up your sleeves to handle direct execution while building scalable commercial processes.
• Mentor and grow the commercial, account management, and creator operations teams as Kliq scales.

• Mandatory: Minimum 5–8 years of experience working within a marketing, media, PR, or digital agency

• Proven track record of acquiring enterprise/SMB brand accounts and managing client relationships in Saudi Arabia.
• Direct experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or Mar Tech/SaaS solutions.
• Deep network of relationships with brands, media agencies, and creators across the GCC.
• Demonstrated ability to manage both front-end business development and back-end client success/operations.
• Strong data-driven mindset with experience managing sales pipelines, campaign KPIs, and pricing structures.
• Native or professional fluency in Arabic and English
