To determine the customers' needs & desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information. To recommend the scope & nature of present and future product lines by reviewing product requirements and specifications; appraising new product ideas and/or packaging changes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Executing overall marketing initiatives for assigned brands.

- Developing and executing promotion-based tactics for assigned brands. Launching and keeping track of these tactics and adhering to the marketing plan.

- Establishing unit and value sales forecasts and budgets for assigned brands, being responsible for maintaining profitability.

- Allocating, monitoring, and controlling promotion expenditures for his/her assigned brands.

- Initiating and developing all brand information material. Reviewing and submitting required approvals for materials during pre & postproduction.

- Maintaining a complete and continuing record of relevant markets, product lines and competitive activity. Items:
Sales history, Promotional campaigns, Current trends, Promotional methods and mix, Brand comparisons, Media weight, Competition profile, Physician usage, Promotion themes, OTC promotions (where applicable).

- Monitoring and analyzing use of promotional material in field by working with sales force.

- Issuing marketing documents: preliminary marketing plan, marketing decisions, brand plans, long-range plan and product plans of action.

- Evaluating potential new brands, new promotions, and new ideas, and making appropriate recommendations to top management.

- Recommending additions or deletions of sizes and dosages forms of products, as sales and profit levels require.

- Preparing reports to the management as required

- Briefing advertising & creative agencies about his/her brand & delivering brand strategies.

- Following up & developing sentimental analysis for different digital campaigns
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree/ Business education with specialization in Marketing is a plus.
Experience: 2 – 3+ years’ experience in promotion.
