Assistant Marketing Manager

Support the development and execution of Keemart brand and marketing plans, ensuring campaigns are aligned with brand positioning, commercial priorities, and business objectives.

• Integrated Marketing Communication

Coordinate integrated campaigns across digital, CRM, in-app, OOH, retail, partnerships, and other relevant channels, ensuring consistent messaging and timely execution across consumer touchpoints.

• Content & Brand Communication

Support content planning and brand communication execution, working with agencies and internal teams to deliver relevant, engaging, and locally resonant content for the Saudi market.

• E-commerce Growth Support

Work closely with growth, commercial, product, and operations teams to support customer acquisition, activation, retention, category campaigns, and promotional initiatives that contribute to traffic, orders, and customer value.

• Partnerships & Activations

Supportmerchant partnerships, brand activations, and local initiatives, including briefing, coordination, execution follow-up, and post-campaign evaluation.

Track e-commerce, quick-commerce, grocery, retail, and relevant consumer trends in Saudi Arabia. Monitor competitor campaigns, offers, channel activity, and customer propositions and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

• Agency & Project Management

Manage day-to-day coordination with creative, media, production, and activation partners. Maintain clear timelines, deliverables, budgets, and follow-ups to ensure work is delivered on time and to the required quality.

• Marketing Performance & Reporting

Track campaign and channel performance using relevant marketing and business KPIs. Prepare clear post-campaign reports, identify learnings, and recommend optimizations for future activity.

• Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with commercial, growth, product, operations, BI, design, and regional teams to ensure marketing plans are practical, data-informed, and aligned with business priorities.

5+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce, quick commerce, online retail, marketplaces, FMCG, or consumer technology businesses.

Strong preference for candidates with hands-on marketing experience in Saudi Arabia and a good understanding of local consumer behavior, media habits, cultural nuances, and market dynamics.

• Campaign & Brand Capability

Proven experience supporting or managing integrated marketing campaigns, brand communications, content, and promotional activity from planning through execution and reporting.

Good understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition, CRM, performance indicators, e-commerce funnels, conversion, retention, and promotional mechanics.

• Project Management

Strong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple work streams, agencies, stakeholders, timelines, and budgets in a fast-paced environment.

• Analytical Mindset

Comfortable working with marketing and business data, identifying patterns, measuring campaign effectiveness, and turning insights into practical actions.

• Communication & Stakeholder Management

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and with local and regional stakeholders.

• Language Skills

Fluent working proficiency in English is required. Arabic proficiency is strongly preferred.
