We are looking for a Saudi Marketing Manager with at least two years of experience, with prior experience in a supervisory position, to lead and develop marketing activities, achieve growth objectives, strengthen the brand, and increase market share.

• Develop and implement marketing strategy and plans in line with the company’s objectives.
• Lead the marketing team, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Prepare marketing campaign plans and oversee their execution.
• Manage digital and advertising campaigns and track their results.
• Develop a content strategy and communication with the target audience.
• Analyze the market, competitors, and trends to identify business opportunities.
• Manage the marketing budget and monitor the return on marketing spend.
• Develop the brand and enhance its presence in the market.
• Build and manage relationships with agencies, partners, and suppliers.
• Prepare periodic reports on marketing performance and KPIs.
• Work in coordination with commercial, sales, and operations departments.
• Develop marketing initiatives that support the growth of services and products.

• Saudi nationality.
• At least two years of experience in the field of marketing.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership position is required.
• Experience in the healthcare or medical sector highly preferred

• Fluency in English spoken and written.
• Experience in digital marketing and managing advertising campaigns.
• Strong leadership and administrative skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on performance indicators.
• High proficiency in planning, budget management, and project management.
