Growth Specialist

Our client in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a Digital Growth Specialist to drive customer acquisition, activation, engagement, and usage across digital banking products, including cards, lending, and deposits. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing data-driven digital growth campaigns and customer journeys that convert digital interest into active and engaged customers.

• Plan and execute digital growth campaigns for cards, lending, deposits, and other retail banking products.
• Design customer journeys covering acquisition, card activation, first transaction, reactivation, spend growth, and cross-selling.
• Work with CRM and Analytics teams on customer segmentation, campaign targeting, and performance tracking.
• Analyse customer journeys and conversion funnels to identify drop-offs and improve conversion.
• Track campaign performance across acquisition, activation, conversion, spend, engagement, and campaign cost.
• Collaborate with Product, Digital, Marketing, Risk, Compliance, CRM, and Analytics teams to launch and optimise campaigns.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve customer engagement and digital product adoption.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in digital growth, CRM, lifecycle marketing, performance marketing, or customer engagement.
• Mandatory experience in retail banking or financial services.
• Hands-on experience with cards, lending, or deposit campaigns.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, funnel analysis, segmentation, and conversion optimisation.
• Experience with CRM and campaign management platforms and working with analytics teams.
• Saudi or GCC banking experience is preferred.
