- Create and develop engaging content for Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Plan, shoot, and edit photos and short-form videos, Reels, and Stories.
- Develop creative concepts and content ideas aligned with the brand strategy.
- Write engaging captions, scripts, and promotional copy.
- Cover events, workshops, classes, and brand activities through photo and video content.
- Collaborate with the marketing, branding, and design teams to execute content campaigns.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, sounds, and content styles.
- Manage and maintain a content calendar and ensure timely content delivery.
- Monitor content performance and provide ideas for improving engagement and reach.
- Ensure all content maintains a consistent visual identity and professional brand image.
- Assist in developing campaigns and promotional materials when required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
- Strong photography and videography skills.
- Proficiency in video and photo editing tools such as Cap Cut, Photoshop, or Adobe Premiere Pro & Canva.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok, and other social media platforms.
- Excellent creative thinking and storytelling skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a good sense of visual aesthetics.
- A portfolio showcasing previous content creation work is highly preferred.
- Experience in fashion, art, design, lifestyle, education, or creative industries .
- Ability to appear confidently on camera when required.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and algorithms.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Ability to independently develop content ideas from concept to execution.
