Marketing CRM Specialist

We are looking for a CRM Specialist to join a leading sports organization and support the delivery of data-driven, direct-to-fan campaigns across multiple channels.

• Create and manage CRM campaigns across email, Whats App, SMS and push notifications.
• Support campaign planning, scheduling and customer lifecycle initiatives.
• Segment audience data to deliver targeted and personalized communications.
• Work closely with internal teams to identify opportunities to improve fan engagement, acquisition, retention and commercial performance.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Monitor CRM database health, data quality and first-party data growth.
• Continuously test and optimize campaign content, audiences, timing and channels.
• Ensure campaigns are accurately built, tracked and quality checked.

• years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or campaign management.
• Experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns.
• Experience with CRM/marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe Campaign or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Understanding of segmentation, personalization and customer lifecycle marketing.
• Strong attention to detail, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience in sports, entertainment, e-commerce or another consumer-facing industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge of HTML is a plus.
