Echelon is a Saudi-born, sovereign technology company that brings leading global AI technologies to the Kingdom, deploys them with its own forward deployed engineering organization, compounds partner technology into Echelon IP and, over time, productizes Saudi-developed capability.

Echelon’s is entering the next phase of growth and with that comes theneed of one clear operating rhythm for our brand, marketing and communications: a consistent Echelon voice, a sharper market presence, and a way to turn company developments into publishable narratives across the website, social channels, announcements and leadership communications. The seat sits at the center of that machinery, strengthening the organization's brand and marketing foundations while supporting the communications needs of the Managing Director and the leadership team.

We are seeking an energetic and creative talent who is excited to build and run Echelon's external and internal voice end to end, our branding and identity, our social and channels, campaign launches, media relations and executive communications.

• Branding, content :
  The website (including media content and content calendar), brand guidelines and a consistent voice and look across Echelon lines of business:
  Technologies, Frontier, Institute and Defense Industries.
• Channels across Social and external presence:
  Linked In, X and the other channels Echelon runs, scheduled posting and community management, and the positioning of Echelon in the AI ecosystem.
• Campaign and launch communications:
  The comms plan and assets behind major moments such as product and partnership announcements, customer success stories, etc.
• Executive and internal communications:
  Drafting and coordinating leadership communications, all-hands and off-site materials, and the internal comms that keep the Echelon Way; no titles, open doors, everyone a builder.
• Media and external relations:
  Press enquiries, briefing materials and owning the relationships with media. Working with the MD and the Leadership on what goes out and when.

A full-stack marketing and communications generalist who has run brand, content and campaigns without an agency standing behind them.

• Five to eight years in marketing, communications or brand roles, in-house at a technology company or startup, ideally through a period of fast growth.
• Has owned a channel end to end: brand, social or content. From planning to published output, to measured results as part of the full Media arc.
• Comfortable writing across registers: campaign copy, a press line and an executive message in the same week, and able to keep each one on-brand.
• GCC & International market fluency, ideally Saudi Arabia specifically;
  English and Arabic.

The person we hire should have an operator mindset and will be owning Marketing and Communications from strategy to execution.
