Reward Management & Promotions Lead

We are looking for a Reward Management & Promotions Lead to manage and coordinate customer rewards, member offers, and promotional activities across our Retail, Entertainment, Commercial, and participating businesses.

• Manage and coordinate corporate rewards, member offers, and promotional initiatives.
• Monitor reward utilization, redemption, member participation, and campaign performance.
• Analyze member behavior and performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-business rewards, offers, and promotional campaigns.
• Support the development and management of partnerships, discounts, and member benefits.
• Work closely with Marketing, Digital, Data & Analytics, IT, Commercial, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare performance reports, post-campaign insights, and action plans.
• Conduct market and competitor benchmarking to enhance the rewards proposition.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Loyalty, CRM, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Loyalty, Rewards, Promotions, CRM, Customer Experience, Marketing, or Customer Engagement.
• Experience in loyalty programs, rewards, promotions, or member offers.
• Experience in campaign performance analysis and customer/member data.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and external partners.
• Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience with CRM, membership, or loyalty platforms is an advantage.
