Social Media Specialist

The Social Media Specialist manages the organization’s accounts on digital platforms, creates content suitable for the audience, and enhances the brand’s presence and engagement, in order to achieve communication and marketing objectives.

• Prepare a content plan and posting schedule that aligns with the organization’s identity and goals.
• Write and edit posts and craft marketing messages.
• Coordinate the design of images and video clips and publish them on the appropriate platforms.
• Manage accounts and monitor comments and messages, responding to them in a professional manner.
• Track engagement and measure content performance using analytics tools.
• Prepare periodic reports that include results and recommendations.
• Monitor trending topics and themes and suggest new ideas.
• Comply with publishing policies and the organization’s identity, and maintain the confidentiality of information.

• A relevant degree in marketing, media, or public relations, or related practical experience.
• Strong writing skills and content creation in Arabic.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and their management and analytics tools.
• Communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work within a team.
• Creativity and the ability to keep up with updates and handle multiple tasks.
• Preferably proficient in the basics of design or video editing.
