Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Marketing and Graphic Design Specialist who combines creativity with the ability to execute marketing activities and produce attractive designs aligned with the company’s brand identity.

• Create and develop marketing content for social media platforms.
• Design social media posts, advertisements, and digital and print marketing materials.
• Contribute to the development of marketing plans and campaigns and monitor their implementation.
• Write and develop marketing copy tailored to the target audience.
• Coordinate and schedule social media posts and monitor audience engagement across platforms.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare brief reports on campaign results.
• Ensure consistency in designs and content with the company’s visual identity.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and creative ideas in marketing and graphic design.

• 1–2 years of practical experience in marketing and graphic design.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Canva.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms and the type of content suitable for each platform.
• Good writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing previous work is an added advantage.
• English proficiency at a suitable level for the role is an added advantage.
