Job Description

The role requires implementing and developing innovative marketing strategies that enhance brand presence and increase sales in-store and online platforms such as The Chefs and Jahez . Responsibilities also include managing social media and improving the daily customer experience.

Main duties and tasks

Marketing plans and strategies

• Developing and implementing monthly, weekly and seasonal plans to enhance brand awareness.

• Analyzing campaign performance and providing periodic reports that include recommendations for continuous improvement.

Social Media Management

• Managing accounts across different platforms.

• Creating engaging text and visual content that promotes interaction.

• Analysis of performance indicators related to interaction and audience.

Preparing marketing materials and presentations

• Preparing product files and portfolios professionally.

• Coordinating offers with clients and partners.

Electronic platform management

• Operation and management of orders via The Chefs and Jahez platforms .

• Tracking online orders and customers across platforms.

Field marketing and customer service

• Being present at the shop to greet customers.

• Direct selling and product explanations.

• Assisting participants in practical workshops held within the shop.

Required qualifications

Academic qualifications (Bachelor's degree only)
