Marketing Director

Our customer is hiring for the following role:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Director to lead the company's marketing strategy, strengthen brand positioning, drive customer acquisition, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will bring extensive marketing leadership experience combined with a strong background in sales, business development, and revenue generation.

Experience in the education sector is highly preferred. Candidates from other industries will also be considered, particularly those with client-side experience in service-based businesses and a proven track record of marketing and selling high-value solutions.

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue growth targets.

• Lead brand positioning, market expansion, demand generation, and customer acquisition initiatives.

• Oversee marketing campaigns across relevant channels, ensuring measurable impact and return on investment.

• Work closely with sales and business development teams to generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates.

• Leverage sales experience to identify customer needs, understand buying behavior, and develop effective go-to-market strategies.

• Support the sales cycle through strategic marketing initiatives, client engagement, and value-based positioning.

• Identify market trends, customer segments, and growth opportunities to strengthen the company's competitive position.

• Manage marketing budgets, resources, and team performance against established KPIs.

• Build strategic partnerships and collaborate with senior leadership to achieve commercial objectives.

• Analyze campaign performance, market insights, and revenue metrics to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

• At least 12 years of total professional experience
  , including a minimum of 6 years in managerial or leadership positions

• Extensive experience in marketing strategy, brand management, demand generation, and customer acquisition.

• Proven sales experience, with a strong understanding of sales processes, negotiations, and revenue generation.

• Experience in the education sector is highly preferred

• Candidates from other industries should ideally have client-side experience rather than an agency-only background.

• Experience marketing and selling services or solutions is preferred over a background focused exclusively on physical products.

• Experience with high-ticket offerings, enterprise sales, or other high-value commercial solutions is a strong advantage.

• Strong leadership, strategic planning, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

• Demonstrated ability to align marketing initiatives with business growth and commercial outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a senior marketing leader who combines strategic marketing expertise with practical sales experience. Candidates with backgrounds in education, training, consulting, professional services, or other service-oriented businesses, particularly those experienced in high-value offerings, will be strongly preferred.
