Senior Director of Marketing

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Senior Director of Marketing to lead our marketing organization in Riyadh Saudi Arabia This is a full-time senior leadership opportunity for a strategic thinker who can translate business goals into powerful brand narratives and measurable growth across the Kingdom and the wider region You will own the marketing vision shape go-to-market strategy and build high-performing teams that drive revenue brand equity and customer loyalty

As the Senior Director of Marketing you will define and execute the overall marketing strategy aligning it with corporate objectives and market opportunities You will oversee brand management digital marketing content communications demand generation and market research ensuring a cohesive and compelling presence across all channels

Your responsibilities will include

• Developing and implementing multi-channel marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and market share
• Leading integrated campaigns across digital social PR events and traditional media
• Managing marketing budgets forecasting and ROI analysis to maximize impact
• Conducting market and competitor research to identify trends customer insights and new opportunities
• Building mentoring and managing a high-performing marketing team across functions
• Collaborating closely with sales product and executive leadership to drive alignment and growth
• Representing the company at industry events partnerships and media engagements
• Establishing KPIs and reporting frameworks to track performance and inform decisions

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is strongly preferred. A minimum of 12 15 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in a competitive market. Deep expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, content, and demand generation.

Strong analytical skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance measurement. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is highly desirable. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
