We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Senior Social Media Specialist to lead our social media presence, develop engaging content strategies, and strengthen our brand awareness across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, and performance analytics, with the ability to turn business objectives into impactful social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the social media strategy across Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat, X, and other relevant platforms.
• Create and manage monthly and weekly content calendars.
• Manage daily posting, scheduling, and overall platform presence.
• Generate creative content ideas, campaigns, trends, Reels, and short-form video concepts.
• Write and review engaging Arabic and English social media content.
• Coordinate with doctors, content creators, designers, videographers, and the Marketing team.
• Plan and supervise medical and promotional content production and filming.
• Ensure all published content follows brand guidelines and is appropriate for healthcare communication.
• Monitor Saudi and global social media trends and adapt relevant trends to healthcare content.
• Track engagement, reach, follower growth, content performance, and key social media KPIs.
• Prepare performance reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Support influencer and UGC campaigns.
• Coordinate with the Paid Media team to identify high-performing content for promotion.
• Monitor competitors and identify new content and growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant social media experience
  , preferably in a senior role.
• Healthcare/medical industry background is required.
• Previous experience managing social media for medical centers, hospitals, clinics, healthcare companies, or similar organizations
  .
• Strong understanding of medical content and the ability to communicate healthcare topics accurately and professionally.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market, audience behavior, and social media landscape
  .
• Strong Arabic communication and copywriting skills; good English is required.
• Strong understanding of Tik Tok, Instagram, Snapchat, and emerging content trends.
• Experience in content strategy, analytics, reporting, and KPI management.
• Ability to manage multiple departments, doctors, campaigns, and content requirements simultaneously.
• Strong creative thinking with excellent attention to content quality and brand consistency.
