We are seeking an experienced Head Nurse to lead nursing operations in a luxury, female-only outpatient wellness and medical clinic
. This role combines clinical leadership, hands-on patient care, and operational oversight
, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and patient experience.
- Lead and supervise nursing and clinical support teams
- Ensure compliance with SCFHS, MOH, and NPHIES regulations
- Coordinate clinical protocols across wellness and medical services
- Support complex patient care and VIP cases
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance
- Maintain infection control, hygiene, and patient safety standards
- Manage medical inventory, supplies, and equipment
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- 5–7 years (minimum 2 years in a leadership role)
- Valid SCFHS Nursing License
- BLS/ACLS certification
- Experience in outpatient, wellness, or aesthetic medical settings preferred
- Fluent in English (Arabic highly desirable)
