On behalf of our client we are looking to hire a Veterinary Assistant for a Temporary Event.

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Veterinary Assistant to support veterinary operations during an upcoming event in Riyadh
. The successful candidate will assist veterinarians with daily animal care, basic clinical procedures, handling, and maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.

• Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, and basic clinical procedures.
• Handle and restrain animals safely and appropriately.
• Support routine animal care, feeding, cleaning, and monitoring.
• Prepare and maintain veterinary equipment, treatment areas, and supplies.
• Monitor animals and promptly report any changes in their condition to the veterinarian.
• Maintain accurate records related to animal care and treatments.
• Follow health, safety, hygiene, and animal welfare procedures.
• Support the veterinary team with other event-related duties as required.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Veterinary Assistant or in a closely related veterinary role.
• Relevant qualification or diploma in Veterinary Science, Animal Health, or a related field is preferred.
• Good knowledge of animal handling and basic veterinary procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced event environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work throughout the full temporary assignment from November 2026 to January 2027 .
• Must be based in or able to work in Riyadh .
