Therapeutic Area Partner (TAP) Immuno‑oncology – Riyadh

Field‑based role responsible for facilitating scientific exchange with healthcare professionals (HCPs) in oncology and supporting the safe, appropriate use of BMS products.

The TAP is the primary point of contact for HCPs and engages with a broad range of stakeholders, including clinical pharmacists, HEOR experts, multidisciplinary teams, and other relevant parties. A minimum of 90% of working time is spent in the field engaging with HCPs through interactions and activities.

• Disease awareness and treatment landscape expertise – maintain a high level of disease expertise, collect and synthesize clinical data, understand the treatment landscape, identify gaps, and implement learning programs.
• Scientific engagement and product‑related communication – develop and implement a territory plan, prepare presentations, respond to queries, maintain proactive communication, respond to unsolicited questions, stay current on emerging data, and provide medical insights to internal teams.
• Product enlistment and economic value engagement – develop hospital mapping, understand patient journey, collaborate with key HCPs to support access and formulary enlistment, communicate scientific and economic value, and deliver HEOR evidence.
• Cross‑functional collaboration and execution – build relationships with external and internal stakeholders, develop and deliver plans aligned with cross‑functional objectives, ensure effective execution, and seek cross‑functional input.
• Compliance – promote culture of compliance, adhere to all rules, report concerns, and serve as a role model for ethical conduct.

• High level of scientific acumen, ability to interpret and present clinical data, and draw insights.
• Independence and initiative in developing scientific expertise, building rapport with stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Adaptability to an evolving environment.
• Ability to plan and execute learning programs for HCPs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of the Saudi healthcare system and access environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation, and strategic thinking.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic language skills.

• Pharmacist with relevant pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience;
  Master’s degree considered an asset.
• Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialists license.
• Saudi Nationals only.

• Minimum of 2 years in a scientific role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Oncology experience preferred.

Travel to various locations in Saudi Arabia is required.
