Senior Quality Engineer

JASARA PMC is looking for a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this influential role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of our infrastructure projects adhere to the highest quality standards. Your expertise will play a critical role in promoting a culture of quality excellence within the organization.

Your primary focus will involve developing and executing quality assurance plans, performing audits, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to mitigate risks and enhance project delivery.

• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct systematic audits and inspections to evaluate compliance with quality standards.
• Analyze data to identify quality trends and drive improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with project teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on quality performance metrics for management review.
• Mentor and train junior quality team members, fostering a culture of learning.
• Stay abreast of latest quality assurance methodologies and industry best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 8‑10 years of experience in quality engineering, with a strong background in construction or project management.
• Demonstrated expertise in quality management systems and relevant international standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with an attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, with the capacity to influence and lead cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment.
• Willingness to travel to various project sites as required.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
