QA​/QC Manager

• Conduct comprehensive inspections and audits to verify compliance with industry standards and project specifications
• Develop and refine quality assurance processes, ensuring effective implementation across projects
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promptly address and resolve quality issues
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including reports and compliance records
• Analyze quality performance data to identify trends and implement improvements
• Provide quality-related training and support to project personnel
• Facilitate communication regarding quality objectives and performance across all project stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• At least 10-15 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the civil engineering sector
• Thorough understanding of quality assurance methodologies and relevant industry standards
• Proficient in quality control procedures and documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Effective communication skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively
• Experience with quality management systems and tools
