Perform Quality Verification Inspections (QVI) on assigned aerospace ground equipment.

Provideon-the-spot assistance/training and recommend corrective actions.

Performs Quality Management Assessments identifying maintenance practices, strengths andweakness.

Investigateaccidents/incidents and provide comprehensive reports on root causes,contributing factors, corrective actions and recommendations.

Review/writelocally developed Publications, Policy Procedures and Maintenance Operating Instructions (MOIs).

Research and process Publication Deficiency Improvements.

Perform Quality Deficiency Investigation and Analysis and provide solutions.

Reviewand process Material Deficiency Reports.

Conduct Special One-Time-Inspections (OTI) and Investigations.

Perform First-Time compliance QVI on all Time Compliance Technical Orders

Requirements

Seven(7) level or higher in RSAF AFSC 242X1, or equivalent, and must have at leastfive (5) years technical experience on Aerospace Ground Equipment.

Musthave a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in Quality Control and completely familiar with technical, management and quality assurance procedures.

Befully knowledgeable of planning, scheduling, and controlling resources.

Be proficient in the Maintenance Publications Management System and improvement process and be familiar with Time Compliance Technical Orders.

Have firsthandexperience in using publications and computerized records management, collection,and information systems.

Havea working knowledge and understanding of the Maintenance Data Collection System.

Atleast one Management Course qualification preferable.
