Quality Assurance​/Quality Control Engineer; m​/f​/d

To support the establishment of our Saudi operations, we are looking for a QA/QC Engineer (m/f/d) with a strong hands‑on approach to implement and execute quality assurance and quality control activities at our new site.

• Perform inspection, measurement, and testing of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products according to approved inspection plans and customer requirements.
• Identify and document non-conformities and ensure proper segregation and reporting.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality documentation.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions using methods such as 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone.
• Ensure calibration and proper use of inspection and measurement equipment.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, APQP tools, and internal Quality Management Systems.

• Support implementation of the Quality Management System at the Saudi site.
• Define inspection workflows, quality gates, and documentation templates.
• Participate in equipment validation and operational readiness activities.
• Assist in training operators and staff on quality standards.
• Contribute actively to building a strong quality culture from Day-1.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control in industrial environments.
• Hands‑on experience with inspection and measurement tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, APQP tools, and quality documentation.
• Experience with root cause analysis methods (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone).
• Fluent English (written and spoken) – essential.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive working style.
