IC İçtaş Construction is a global brand with over 50 years of experience in domestic and international projects. Since its establishment, the company has successfully completed numerous projects ranging from airports, ports, marinas, roads, and bridges to high-speed trains, high-capacity power plants, and tourism facilities.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven QA/QC Manager to lead and manage quality management systems and quality assurance activities for our road and infrastructure project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
  • 20+ years of experience in quality management within large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience as a Quality Manager, overseeing QA/QC systems and teams on complex construction projects.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken);
    Arabic proficiency is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance and quality control plans for road and bridge projects, ensuring compliance with national and international standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor construction processes, identifying non-conformities and ensuring corrective actions are taken promptly.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to establish quality benchmarks and performance metrics, facilitating continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and compliance certificates to support project accountability.
  • Train and mentor site personnel on quality standards and best practices, fostering a culture of quality awareness within the team.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that materials and workmanship meet specified quality requirements, conducting material inspections as necessary.
  • Review project plans and specifications to identify potential quality issues early in the project, providing recommendations for design modifications to enhance constructability.
  • Lead root cause analysis for any quality failures, implementing corrective and preventive actions to mitigate future risks and enhance project outcomes.
  • Act as the main point of contact for quality-related matters during project meetings, ensuring that quality objectives are communicated and understood by all stakeholders.
