Location: Saudi Arabia

Job Summary

We are seeking a Quality Control Specialist to support aviation maintenance quality programs and ensure airworthiness of rotary‑wing aircraft. The ideal candidate will have extensive U.S. Army aviation maintenance experience and a strong background in technical inspections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the AVIM Company Quality Control Section in establishing and maintaining quality control programs.
  • Perform and document technical inspections on aircraft and components.
  • Support job time reporting, aircraft modifications, and maintenance tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with aviation maintenance standards and safety regulations.
  • Provide backup quality control inspections for UH-60, AH-64, and CH-47 aircraft at AVUM/AVIM levels.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to ensure quality standards are met.
Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a U.S. Army aviation unit, including:
  • At least 2 years as a Technical Inspector on AH-64, UH-60, or CH-47 aircraft within the last 10 years.
  • Graduate of U.S. Army 15U, 15R, or 15T Technical Inspector Course; OR Former Maintenance Test Pilot on AH-64, UH-60, or CH-47; OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience in accordance with SCA Quality Control Inspector (99610).
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Fluent in English.
Medical Examination

Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.

Criminal Record

To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Drug and Alcohol Testing

Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.

All employment terms and conditions will be in accordance with Saudi Labor Law. Candidates must be prepared to adhere to these regulations throughout their employment.
