Quality Control Engineer | KSA

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Control Engineer with strong expertise in QA/QC and Facility Management (FM) to join a reputed organization in Saudi Arabia.

• Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures in line with project specifications and international standards.
• Conduct inspection and testing of materials, equipment, and installations (electrical & mechanical systems).
• Prepare and review Inspection Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, and Quality Procedures.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and project-specific quality requirements.
• Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and codes.
• Ensure quality standards in operation & maintenance (O&M) activities.
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance works for MEP systems.
• Evaluate performance of FM contractors and service providers.
• Conduct periodic facility audits, snagging, and condition assessments.
• Ensure compliance with SLA/KPI requirements in FM contracts.
• Perform and witness site inspections (electrical, HVAC, mechanical systems).
• Coordinate with third-party inspectors and client representatives.
• Maintain quality records, reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective actions.
• Ensure proper documentation and handover dossiers.

• Bachelor's Degree in Electromechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in QA/QC.
• Strong experience in Facility Management (mandatory).
• Certifications in Quality Inspection (mandatory).
• Knowledge of ISO standards, QA/QC tools, and documentation.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
