Reef Holding is seeking a highly detail-oriented Quality Assurance & Quality Control Engineer to ensure the highest standards of quality across our fragrance and cosmetics product lines. This role will be responsible for maintaining product quality standards, overseeing testing procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance, and working closely with internal teams and external manufacturers to deliver safe, high-performing products to market.

• Lead quality assurance and quality control processes across fragrance and cosmetic product categories.
• Conduct inspections and testing for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
• Ensure compliance with local, GCC, and international cosmetic regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure consistency and adherence to specifications.
• Manage product stability testing, performance testing, and quality documentation.
• Investigate product issues, non-conformities, and customer complaints while implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with product development, supply chain, and manufacturing partners to maintain product excellence.
• Support supplier quality evaluations, factory inspections, and audits when required.
• Prepare quality reports and maintain documentation for regulatory and internal requirements.
• Travel regularly between factories, warehouses, and retail branches inside and outside Riyadh as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences
  , or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control within perfumes, cosmetics, or personal care manufacturing
  .
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and GMP standards
  .
• Experience in inspections, audits, and compliance processes (Lead Auditor experience is a plus).
• Knowledge of GCC and international regulatory requirements related to cosmetics/fragrances.
• Practical experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365
  .
• Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English
  .
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently based on business needs.
