QMS Lead

Design and develop processes, procedures, and standards for the quality management system.

Lead internal audits and participate in external audits of the quality management system to ensure compliance with internal policies and external requirements.

Support the client in achieving ISO certifications.

Monitor performance of the quality management system through metrics analysis and reporting.

Train personnel on relevant aspects of the quality management system, such as ISO 9001 or AS9100 standards.

Lead/coordinate root cause analysis and corrective action efforts in response to non-conformances or customer complaints.

Establish supplier scorecards to monitor supplier performance in terms of quality standards.

Develop continuous improvement plans related to quality standards.

Keep current with changes or updates to relevant laws, regulations, or industry standards related to quality management systems.

Responsible to prepare quality control program to ensure all work carried out meets the required standards.

Responsible to assure all facility services are provided in accordance with recognized quality assurance programs.

Implement the QMS system across all departments to ensure all documents are controlled and reported in line with QMS requirements.

Ensure effective daily/weekly/monthly QMS reporting.

Review customer requirements and make sure they are met.

Work with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.

Ensure that production processes meet international and local standards.

Responsible for fulfilling all the Quality management system contractual responsibilities/requirements, but not limited to, fulfilling additional requirements upon management directions within the field of his expertise/job responsibilities.
