• Support and enhance quality management systems based on ISO 9001 standards
• Plan and conduct internal audits across project sites and offices to ensure compliance
• Document audit findings and track corrective and preventive actions to closure
• Analyze non-conformance trends to identify performance gaps and improvement areas
• Review technical documents including design packages, vendor manuals, and specifications
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and contract requirements across project stages
• Support supplier and subcontractor qualification audits to maintain quality standards
• Promote safety integration by participating in safety audits and risk assessments
• Collaborate with project management, procurement, and construction teams to ensure quality delivery
• Prepare quality reports and present findings to management and stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Business, or related field
• Minimum 6 years of experience in quality engineering or quality assurance roles
• Lead Auditor certification in ISO 9001 or equivalent is required or preferred
• ASQ certifications such as CMQ OE, CQA, or CQE are advantageous
• Strong understanding of infrastructure or large-scale project environments
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

• Expertise in ISO 9000 standards and quality management systems
• Knowledge of ASME, ANSI, and ASTM standards
• Audit planning and execution capabilities
• Statistical analysis and performance monitoring skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
• Risk assessment and quality improvement methodologies
