Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical inspections for DCP and Cooling Tower works.
- Conduct and witness welding inspections and NDT activities.
- Review and verify ITPs, WPS, PQR and method statements.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and FEED requirements.
- Coordinate with third-party inspection bodies and client representatives.
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain QA QC documentation.
- Monitor site execution to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Identify non-conformities and support corrective actions.
- Valid ASNT Level II (NDT Level
2) certification; CSWIP/CWI certification preferred. - Experience in Cooling Tower and District Cooling Plant (DCP) projects.
- Strong knowledge of FEED documentation and quality procedures.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in mechanical QA/QC within EPC projects.
- Familiar with relevant codes such as ASME, AWS, and related standards.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
